Refund Guarantee
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Changes Within Dittofi’s Platform:
- All changes to the marketplace must be made exclusively within Dittofi’s marketplace dashboard and must not require any custom code or custom development outside of the visual development studio.
- Custom Domain Requirements:
- You must bring your own custom domain from a mainstream provider such as GoDaddy, Google Domains, or similar, ensuring it is ready to integrate with the Dittofi platform.
- Commitment to Launch:
- You must agree to launch your marketplace on the custom domain provided within 4 weeks of starting the bootcamp.
Additionally, to qualify for a refund, you must complete the following:
- Attend all scheduled bootcamp sessions, actively participate in discussions, and implement feedback from our team.
- Submit end-of-day reports or progress updates during the bootcamp as requested by your account manager.
- Ensure timely integration of required assets (e.g., content, branding, or product details) into the platform to meet project milestones.
If all the conditions above are met and your custom marketplace is not successfully launched after 4 weeks, we will issue you a full refund.
